Define and execute Blink’s bottom up go to market and sales motion – build a bottom-up pipeline and position Blink as the leading pioneer of automated DevOps solutions.
Collaborate with the co-founders and with cross functional teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and product strategies for Blink’s solutions.
Implement a bottom-up approach to grow the user base and convert to paying customers by making strategic relationships with DevOps & engineering communities.
Oversee and grow the marketing activities, consistently identifying revenue opportunities and managing consistent growth by securing new users and accounts.
Define and collect key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to improve user acquisition, campaign results.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, as the 1st growth marketing hire be a hands-on end-to-end owner of the product growth marketing landscape.
Build out marketing content to get DevOps and engineering communities to adopt the freemium version of our platform and priming them for conversion into paying customers.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications, or other relevant fields
Successful track record in executing marketing strategy and creating bottom-up marketing campaigns and/or growth hacking for DevOps
5+ years of experience in growth marketing
3+ years of startup or previous early-stage company/startup experience
