Content Manager

Responsibilities

Blink is a no-code/low-code automation platform for DevOps, SecOps, and SREs. Created by a global team of cloud operations and security experts, Blink simplifies cloud operations for engineering teams everywhere. In this role, you’ll help maintain a consistent editorial voice and own the content roadmap for Blink by producing technical content yourself and facilitating the creation of content by other Blink employees.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be authoring and editing technical posts to educate users about the Blink platform and related DevOps topics
  • You’ll work closely with the Blink marketing, sales, product, and R&D teams to produce product-related content and thought leadership content
  • You’ll manage the production schedule and coordinate with content creation partners
  • You’ll identify and execute on opportunities to publish content on third-party distribution channels like Stack Overflow, Reddit, Medium, DEV, The Ops Community, and others
  • You will continuously optimize and improve existing blog posts and other written content to make them more valuable to our audience and increase their online reach

Requirements

Brand Design Lead

Responsibilities

Blink is a no-code/low-code automation platform for DevOps, SecOps, and SREs. Created by a global team of cloud operations and security experts, Blink simplifies cloud operations for engineering teams everywhere. In this role, you’ll be Blink’s primary brand designer, responsible for setting the visual and creative identity of Blink and ensuring brand consistency across multiple distribution channels.

About this role

  • Help shape Blink’s brand identity as the lead designer on the Blink marketing team
  • Work closely with the Blink cofounders, marketing, and product teams to establish an authentic and clear visual identity for the Blink brand
  • Own the visual identify and experience for the Blink marketing website
  • Enforce compliance with brand guidelines in order to ensure visual consistency across distribution channels
  • Perform brand research and make visual recommendations to improve marketing properties or the Blink product experience
  • Create wireframes, documents, presentations, and reusable templates for the Blink sale and marketing teams
  • Provide ad hoc design support to help the Blink team meet company objectives

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of brand design experience
  • Prior experience as a lead brand designer for a company or major product group
  • Extensive experience establishing and maintaining brand design systems or frameworks
  • Experience designing wireframes and concepts for web
  • Significant experience with modern design platforms and tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Comfortable creating icons, illustrations, and animations from scratch

Senior Account Executive

  • You will be responsible for helping the Blink sales team achieve growth by hitting your sales objectives and quotas  
  • You will be managing key accounts and be responsible for both acquiring new customers as well expanding and upselling existing accounts 
  • You will help execute the company’s sales plan to expand the company's customer base
  • You will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and pains

Requirements

Developer Experience Lead

Responsibilities

Blink is a no-code/low-code automation platform for DevOps, SecOps, and SREs. Blink was created by a global team of DevOps, Cloud Architects and Security Experts seeking to simplify cloud operations for engineering teams everywhere. In this role, you’ll bring extensive DevOps knowledge and expertise to create technical content that empowers Blink users. You will also be responsible for presenting this technical content on social media, at virtual and/or in-person events, and on customer calls as a highly visible member of the Blink community.

About this role

  • You will be planning and producing written and verbal content for DevOps / SRE and DevSecOps experts 
  • You will hone your writing and speaking skills by  creating and communicating technical content a global DevOps audience
  • You will be one of the primary voices of the Blink community. You will advocate for the wants and needs of community members by asking lots of questions and serving as the go-to source for answers about Blink
  • You will manage technical relationships with other DevOps engineers and provide mentorship, support and guidance to them
  • You will promote DevOps best practices, in order to help others increase the quality & velocity of their deployments
  • You will research and present regular updates about the state of the DevOps industry, as well as propose ways to improve the everyday job responsibilities of DevOps engineers
  • You will work closely with the Product and R&D Teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands on experience as a DevOps, DevSecOps or Solution Architect in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a content creator. Experience in transforming complex technical products into simple ones to follow.
  • Proficient in writing both thought leadership/advocacy content and deep dive technical/how-to Content to be used by practitioners (blogs, videos, demos) 
  • Very high communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience participating and performing in technical/developer communities, open-source projects and other developer community groups
  • Comfortable speaking at global events
