UI/UX Senior Designer

Blink was created by a global team of cloud development and security experts to simplify cloud operations for engineering teams everywhere. We’re seeking a creative, results-oriented, UI-UX Expert product designer to join our R&D team.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2+ years of experience working on complex systems in the technology industry
  • You have excellent and super professional UI skills (a must)
  • You are an ambitious and talented designer
  • You are passionate about working on complex systems
  • You have a good eye for details and style
  • You have mastered professional design platforms like Adobe suite + Figma
  • You have solid animation and illustrations skills

UI/UX Lead

Responsibilities

Blink is a no-code/low-code automation platform for DevOps, SecOps, and SREs. Created by a global team of cloud operations and security experts, Blink simplifies cloud operations for engineering teams everywhere. In this role, you’ll be Blink’s primary brand designer, responsible for setting the visual and creative identity of Blink and ensuring brand consistency across multiple distribution channels.

About this role

  • Help shape Blink’s brand identity as the lead designer on the Blink marketing team
  • Work closely with the Blink cofounders, marketing, and product teams to establish an authentic and clear visual identity for the Blink brand
  • Own the visual identify and experience for the Blink marketing website
  • Enforce compliance with brand guidelines in order to ensure visual consistency across distribution channels
  • Perform brand research and make visual recommendations to improve marketing properties or the Blink product experience
  • Create wireframes, documents, presentations, and reusable templates for the Blink sale and marketing teams
  • Provide ad hoc design support to help the Blink team meet company objectives

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of brand design experience
  • Prior experience as a lead brand designer for a company or major product group
  • Extensive experience establishing and maintaining brand design systems or frameworks
  • Experience designing wireframes and concepts for web
  • Significant experience with modern design platforms and tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Comfortable creating icons, illustrations, and animations from scratch

Solutions Architect

About this role

  • Engage directly with key prospects and customers as a domain expert and establish an advisory relationship with key decision makers, technical influencers and buyers
  • Work directly with sales executives on strategic prospects and command the technical aspects of the sales process, including customer calls, demo’s and POCs
  • Identify customer needs and tailor the broad messaging and benefits to address the specific business needs of the customer
  • Educate prospects and customers on key trends, best practices and the evolving technology landscape in SaaS, Security, Automation and DevOps, emphasizing key business outcomes and benefits of introducing no-code/low-code automation
  • Provide technical and business relevant feedback into Product Management, Marketing,, Engineering and Customer Success
  • Act as an ambassador of Blink’s vision, approach and platform

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with “whatever it takes” attitude and demonstrable experience to drive and influence decision making among prospects and customers
  • Proven experience in technical field sales positions such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer or others (3 years minimum)
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies, such as AWS, GCP, Azure, K8s, Jenkins and others
  • Knowledge of ancillary security areas such as SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, public and private cloud architectures and practices
  • Strong communications and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Advantage: coding or scripting capabilities (for example in Python)
